1. Data controller
GRAFITEX-CONS S.R.L., IDNO 1009602005616, registered at str. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfînt, 125, Bălți, Republic of Moldova (“Grafitex” or “we”), is the controller of personal data collected through the grafitex.md website.
2. What data we collect
- Data you voluntarily provide via form, phone, e-mail or messaging apps (Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram): name, phone number, message content.
- Technical data needed to correctly handle your request (landing page, traffic source/UTM) — stored temporarily, only within the browser session, regardless of your choice on optional cookies.
- Data from analytics and advertising cookies — only if you explicitly accept those categories in the cookie banner. Full details: Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to inquiries, price quotes, scheduling measurements, after-sale support — basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request / contract performance.
- Website traffic analysis — basis: your consent (only if you accept analytics cookies).
- Ad measurement and personalization (Google Ads, Meta) — basis: your consent (only if you accept advertising cookies).
4. Who we share data with
- Bitrix24 (CRM) — to manage sales inquiries.
- Google (Google Sheets/Apps Script, Google Analytics, Google Ads) — analytics/advertising data only with your consent.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — only with your consent to the advertising category.
- The provider hosting the website and corporate e-mail.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
5. International transfers
Some of the providers above (Google, Meta, Bitrix24) may process data on servers located outside the Republic of Moldova. Such transfers only occur for the categories you consented to (analytics/advertising), under those providers' contractual safeguards.
6. Retention period
- Leads without a signed contract: 12 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
- Client data under contract: for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards, per legal accounting/tax archiving requirements.
- Cookies: per the retention periods in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. 8. What we do not do
We do not send bulk marketing SMS/e-mail/WhatsApp/Viber messages, and we do not record phone calls.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
